What I teach
I come fully equipped and ready for action with a deep insight and knowledge of functional anatomy and real life bodies. Teaching that not all movements are created equal and your core is the mother board of all movements. Want to blow any exercise regime, yoga included, out of the water and make more sense of all this “stuff” going on out there? Let’s debunk the core and so called movements that are suppose to utilize it! No matter what your fitness background or yoga style you’ll gain a new perspective and insight on what the heck you are doing on your mat for the best results off of it.
My Style & My Method
My style is more a method of teaching, a method of application that can be applied to any fitness category not just yoga. And what I see time and time again is a void of actual content being taught both to teachers and students. After a deep analysis of my own practice and teaching and a deep digging of real functional anatomy, through both training and research; I have pooled the best of functional movements and real core work together. Together into a method fully equipped with hands on experience and detailed guidance plus tons of new moves you have never even thought of to leave you feeling refreshed and ready for whatever your practice and life gives you. What good is what you learn on the mat if it can’t apply off of it?
