Are You Ready to Reach Out to a Population hungry for Yoga?
HOPE Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training
The Hope Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training was developed by Hope Zvara, owner of Copper Tree Yoga Studio & Wellness Center (est. 2006) in 2009. With two children of her own Hope understands firsthand the value yoga can add to anyone’s pregnancy and also the limitations along the way. Hope feels it is vital that this program be more than just learning prenatal yoga poses but to actually understand the pregnancy process, the changes in the mother and also the after care needed for a mother to be. Hope’s goal is to have mom’s come for yoga but get a bonding experience with their soon to be baby and an education in the process. Her take on teaching is traditional, spiritual, and physical focusing on the functionality of the postures to everyday life. A completion of Hope Prenatal Yoga Training Program will qualify one to apply for a RPNYT (Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance (www.yogalliance.org)
